I'm Hoang Phuc. I build scalable software from Ho Chi Minh City.

I'm Nguyen Hoang Phuc, a senior software engineer with more than five years of experience building scalable web, mobile, and Electron desktop applications. I work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, collaborating with product, design, QA, backend, and DevOps teams to ship reliable user experiences.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer at VNG (Zalo), full-time and on-site in Ho Chi Minh City — building software for one of Vietnam's largest messaging and super-app platforms.

Previously at S3 Corporation, I shipped features for Razer Synapse 4, a high-load Electron platform used by millions of users worldwide. I led the Razer Workshop module end-to-end and applied modular, micro-frontend patterns for maintainability at scale.

As co-founder and front-end lead at HRDEPT, I lead web and mobile teams across four websites and one mobile app for recruitment — defining architecture, coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD with Jenkins and Docker, and delivery for stakeholders.

My core stack is React, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS — with hands-on experience in React Native, Electron, GraphQL, and performance-focused UI systems. I enjoy turning complex requirements into clear, reusable interfaces and mentoring developers along the way.

I graduated from HCMC University of Technology and Education with a Bachelor's in Information Technology (2019–2023), with a direct admission offer and a scholarship covering 50% of tuition for all semesters.
